«أهلنا» بدأت بـ٧٩ صفحة ورقية لشجرة عائلتنا. هذا ما تعلّمناه ونحن ننقلها: العمل ليس صعبًا، لكنه يحتاج ترتيبًا.Ahlna started with 79 pages of paper — our own family's tree. This is what we learned moving it online: the work is not hard, but it needs an order.
١. احفظوا الأصل أولًا1. Preserve the original first
صوّروا كل صفحة في ضوء النهار، من فوقها مباشرة، وبدقة عالية. احتفظوا بالصور في مكانين. الورقة الأصلية قد تكون أثمن ما تملكه العائلة — لا تكتبوا عليها، ولا تفكّوا تجليدها.Photograph every page in daylight, straight from above, at high resolution. Keep the photos in two places. The original may be the most precious thing the family owns — don't write on it, and don't unbind it.
٢. قسّموا الشجرة فروعًا2. Split the tree into branches
الشجرة الكبيرة تُنقل فرعًا فرعًا. حدّدوا أبناء الجدّ الأكبر، واجعلوا كل فرع مسؤولية قريب من ذلك الفرع — فهو أعرف بأسمائه، وأقدر على سؤال أهله عمّا لا يُقرأ في الورقة.A large tree is moved branch by branch. Identify the founder's children and give each branch to a relative from that branch — they know its names best, and can ask their own household about what the paper doesn't make clear.
٣. أدخلوا من الأعلى إلى الأسفل3. Enter from the top down
ابدأوا بالجدّ ثم أبنائه ثم أحفاده. هكذا يجد كل اسم أباه قبله، فلا يبقى اسم معلّق بلا مكان. والإدخال من الموبايل سريع: اسم، ثم الابن التالي.Start with the grandfather, then his children, then theirs. That way every name already has its father in place, and nothing is left hanging. Entering from a phone is quick: one name, then the next child.
- اكتبوا الاسم كما في الورقة، وصحّحوه لاحقًا إن لزمWrite the name as the paper has it; correct it later if needed
- ما لا يُقرأ: اتركوا ملاحظة واسألوا كبار الفرعWhat can't be read: leave a note and ask the branch's elders
- أضيفوا الأحياء الذين لم تذكرهم الورقة — فهي كُتبت قبلهمAdd the living people the paper never mentions — it was written before them
٤. راجعوا مع العائلة4. Review with the family
حين ينتهي فرع، شاركوه مع أهله. سيجدون أخطاء لم تلحظوها، ومواليد لم تعرفوا بهم. في «أهلنا» يقترح كل قريب التصحيح من بطاقته، ويرى المشرف الخانة القديمة والجديدة قبل أن يعتمدها.When a branch is done, share it with its family. They will find mistakes you missed and births you never heard of. In Ahlna each relative suggests the fix from their own card, and the admin sees the old and new value before approving it.
٥. شجرة كبيرة جدًا؟5. A very large tree?
إن كانت الشجرة بالآلاف، أو كانت عندكم في برنامج آخر، تواصلوا معنا. إن صدّرتموها ملف GEDCOM تستوردونها بأنفسكم من بوابة الإدارة ما دامت شجرتكم جديدة، وإلا نرشدكم لأسرع طريقة لإدخالها.If the tree runs into thousands, or already lives in another program, get in touch. If you can export it as a GEDCOM file you can import it yourselves from the Admin portal while your tree is new; otherwise we will guide you to the fastest way to enter it.
