Your tree is yours, not ours. Download all of it any time. We will not hold it hostage if a subscription stops, and we will not delete anything before giving you a copy. And you are responsible for what gets recorded about your relatives.
١. من نحن، وما هذه الشروط1. Who we are, and what this is
«أهلنا» (Ahlna) خدمة لبناء شجرة العائلة على الإنترنت، تُدار من عمّان، الأردن. باستخدامكم الخدمة أنتم توافقون على هذه الشروط. إن كنتم توافقون نيابةً عن عائلة أو رابطة، فأنتم تقرّون بأنكم مخوّلون بذلك. Ahlna is a service for building family trees online, operated from Amman, Jordan. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a family or an association, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

٢. الحسابات والدخول2. Accounts and access
- المشرفون يحرّرون الشجرة ويديرون الوصول، ولكل مشرف بريده وكلمة مروره. Admins edit the tree and manage access; each admin has their own email and password.
- المشاهدون يدخلون بكلمة مشاهدة واحدة لكل بيت — بلا حسابات فردية. هذا تصميم مقصود ليدخل كبار السنّ بلا تعقيد، ويعني أن الكلمة مشتركة: وزّعوها بحذر وبدّلوها متى شئتم. Viewers get in with one shared password per household — no individual accounts. That is deliberate, so elderly relatives can get in without friction, and it means the password is shared: hand it out carefully and change it whenever you like.
- أنتم مسؤولون عن حفظ كلماتكم وعمّا يجري تحت حساباتكم. أبلغونا فورًا إن ظننتم أن أحدها انكشف. You are responsible for keeping your passwords safe and for what happens under your accounts. Tell us immediately if you think one has been exposed.
٣. شجرتكم ملككم3. Your tree belongs to you
لا ندّعي أي ملكية لمحتوى شجرتكم. أنتم تمنحوننا إذنًا محدودًا فقط بتخزينه وعرضه ونسخه احتياطيًا لتشغيل الخدمة لكم — ولا شيء غير ذلك: لا نبيعه، ولا نستخدمه في تسويق، ولا ندرّب عليه أي نموذج. وينتهي هذا الإذن بانتهاء استخدامكم للخدمة. We claim no ownership of your tree's content. You grant us only a limited permission to store, display and back it up in order to run the service for you — and nothing beyond that: we do not sell it, use it for marketing, or train any model on it. That permission ends when you stop using the service.
وتستطيعون تنزيل كل شيء في أي وقت: نسخة JSON كاملة، وملف GEDCOM بالصيغة المعيارية التي تفتحها برامج الأنساب الأخرى. بلا إذن، وبلا سبب، وبلا رسوم. You can download everything at any time: a complete JSON backup, and a GEDCOM file in the standard format other genealogy programs open. No permission needed, no reason required, no fee.
٤. مسؤوليتكم تجاه أقاربكم4. Your responsibility to your relatives

ستُدخلون معلومات عن أشخاص أحياء لم يوافقوا على شيء. أنتم — لا نحن — من يقرّر ما يُكتب عنهم. تتعهّدون بأن تُدخلوا ما تحتاجه العائلة فقط، وأن تحترموا طلب أي قريب بحذف بياناته أو تصحيحها، وألّا تستخدموا الخدمة لجمع بيانات عن أشخاص خارج العائلة، وأن تلتزموا بالقوانين السارية عليكم. You will be entering information about living people who have not agreed to anything. You — not we — decide what is recorded about them. You undertake to enter only what the family needs, to honour any relative's request to remove or correct their details, not to use the service to compile data about people outside the family, and to comply with the laws that apply to you.
٥. الباقات والحدود5. Plans and limits
- الاشتراك سنوي، والأسعار المعروضة بالدولار الأمريكي؛ ومقابلها بالدينار تقريبي ويتبع سعر الصرف يوم الدفع. Subscriptions are annual and prices are shown in US dollars; the dinar figures are approximate and follow the exchange rate on the day you pay.
- لكل باقة حدّ لعدد الأفراد وعدد المشرفين، معروض على صفحة الأسعار. وإذا تجاوزت شجرتكم الحدّ، تبقى كاملة ومقروءة ويمكن تصديرها — لكن الإضافة تتوقف حتى تكبّروا الباقة. لا نحذف أحدًا لتجاوز حدّ. Each plan has a limit on people and admins, shown on the pricing page. If your tree goes over a limit it stays complete, readable and exportable — but adding stops until you move up a plan. We never delete anyone for exceeding a limit.
- التجربة المجانية ١٤ يومًا وتنتهي في موعدها بلا تجديد تلقائي وبلا مطالبة بأي مبلغ. The free trial runs 14 days and ends on time, with no automatic renewal and no charge.
٦. الدفع6. Payment
الدفع يتم خارج المنصّة: كليك (CliQ) داخل الأردن، أو حوالة بنكية، أو PayPal. لا نطلب بيانات بطاقة ولا نحتفظ بها. نُصدر فاتورة لكل اشتراك، وللروابط العائلية فاتورة رسمية باسم الرابطة. Payment happens off-platform: CliQ inside Jordan, bank transfer, or PayPal. We never ask for or store card details. We issue an invoice for every subscription, and a formal invoice in the association's name for family associations.
الاشتراك لا يتجدّد تلقائيًا — نذكّركم قبل انتهائه. وإن ألغيتم خلال ١٤ يومًا من دفعة جديدة ولم تكونوا قد استخدمتم الخدمة في تلك الفترة، نعيد المبلغ كاملًا. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — we remind you before one ends. If you cancel within 14 days of a new payment and have not used the service in that period, we refund it in full.
٧. إن توقّف الاشتراك7. If a subscription stops
لن نحتجز شجرة أحد. إن انتهى الاشتراك ولم يُجدَّد، يبقى موقعكم متاحًا للقراءة والتصدير مدةً كافية قبل أي إجراء، ونراسلكم قبل ذلك. وقبل أي حذف نمكّنكم من تنزيل نسخة كاملة من آخر حالة لشجرتكم. We will not hold anyone's tree hostage. If a subscription ends and is not renewed, your site stays readable and exportable for a good while first, and we contact you before anything happens. Before any deletion we make sure you can download a complete copy of your tree's last state.
٨. الحذف8. Deletion
حذف موقع العائلة يحتاج خطوتين وتأكيدًا عبر رابط يصل بالبريد — لا يكفي ضغط زر واحد، ويمكن التراجع قبل التأكيد. وبعد التأكيد تُمحى البيانات الحيّة وتبقى نسخة أرشيفية قابلة للاسترجاع ٩٠ يومًا، ثم تزول نهائيًا ولا يمكن استعادتها. Deleting a family site takes two steps and confirmation through an emailed link — one button is never enough, and you can cancel before confirming. After confirmation the live data is erased and a recoverable archive remains for 90 days, after which it is permanently gone.
ويجوز لنا إيقاف الخدمة أو إنهاؤها إذا استُخدمت بما يخالف هذه الشروط أو القانون، أو لم يُدفع الاشتراك المستحق. وإلا في حالات إساءة الاستخدام الجسيمة، ننبّه أولًا ونمنح مهلة للتصدير. We may suspend or end the service if it is used in breach of these terms or the law, or if a due subscription goes unpaid. Except in cases of serious abuse, we warn you first and give you time to export.
٩. الاستخدام المقبول9. Acceptable use
لا تستخدموا الخدمة لمخالفة القانون، ولا لمضايقة أحد أو نشر بيانات شخص دون وجه حق، ولا لمحاولة اختراق المنصّة أو الوصول إلى شجرة عائلة أخرى، ولا لإعادة بيع الخدمة. Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone or expose a person's details without justification, to attempt to breach the platform or reach another family's tree, or to resell the service.
١٠. الإتاحة والمسؤولية10. Availability and liability
نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة ومحفوظة بنسخ احتياطية، لكننا لا نضمن عملها بلا انقطاع. ولهذا السبب بالذات نتيح لكم التصدير الكامل في أي وقت — احتفظوا بنسخة عندكم؛ فهي حمايتكم الأفضل ونحن نوصي بها. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. That is exactly why full export is available at any time — keep your own copy; it is your best protection and we recommend it.
وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا تجاهكم على ما دفعتموه لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة. ولا شيء في هذه الشروط يستبعد مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
١١. القانون والتعديلات11. Law and changes
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. وإن عدّلنا شيئًا جوهريًا، نُعلم مشرفي كل عائلة بالبريد قبل سريانه ونحدّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة؛ واستمراركم في الاستخدام بعد ذلك يعني الموافقة. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. If we change anything material we will email each family's admins before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
