We set no cookies, run no analytics or tracking of any kind, show no ads, and never sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Our only revenue is your subscription. Your tree is yours — download all of it, any time, in one click.
١. من نحن1. Who we are
«أهلنا» (Ahlna) منصّة لبناء شجرة العائلة على الإنترنت، تُدار من عمّان، الأردن. لأي سؤال عن الخصوصية أو لممارسة أي من حقوقكم أدناه، راسلونا عبر نموذج التواصل: Ahlna is a platform for building family trees online, operated from Amman, Jordan. ٢. دوران مختلفان — وهذا الفرق مهم2. Two different roles — and the difference matters
معظم ما في «أهلنا» ليس بياناتكم أنتم، بل بيانات أقاربكم. لذلك نفرّق بوضوح: Most of what lives in Ahlna is not data about you — it is data about your relatives. So we draw a clear line:
- محتوى الشجرة: العائلة هي المسؤولة عنه. أنتم تقرّرون من يُضاف، وما يُكتب عنه، ومن يراه. نحن نستضيفه ونشغّله بالنيابة عنكم ووفق تعليماتكم — ولا نستخدمه لأي غرض من أغراضنا. Tree content: the family is responsible for it. You decide who is added, what is recorded, and who may see it. We host and operate it on your behalf and on your instructions — and never use it for any purpose of our own.
- حساب الاشتراك ورسائلكم إلينا: نحن المسؤولون عنه — الاسم والبريد والهاتف الذي تعطونه عند طلب الاشتراك أو مراسلتنا. Your subscription account and messages to us: we are responsible for that — the name, email and phone you give when requesting a plan or contacting us.

ما لا نجمعهWhat we don't collect
لا كوكيز إطلاقًا. لا تحليلات ولا بصمة جهاز ولا بكسل تتبّع ولا أي أداة طرف ثالث في الصفحة. لا نعرف من زار الموقع. ولا نطلب أبدًا بيانات بطاقة — الدفع يتم خارج المنصّة (كليك أو حوالة أو PayPal)، فلا نحتفظ بأي بيانات دفع. No cookies at all. No analytics, no fingerprinting, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts on the page. We do not know who visited. And we never ask for card details — payment happens off-platform (CliQ, bank transfer or PayPal), so we hold no payment data.
٤. من يرى بياناتكم4. Who sees your data
لا نبيع بياناتكم ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية — أبدًا، ولا لأي «شريك». ولا نستخدم محتوى شجرتكم لتدريب أي نموذج. ولا يعالج بياناتكم أحد نيابةً عنّا إلا نوعان من مزوّدي الخدمة: We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing — ever, and not with any "partner". We do not use your tree content to train any model. Only two kinds of service provider process data on our behalf:
- مزوّد البنية التحتية والاستضافة — يخزّن البيانات ويقدّم الموقع. An infrastructure and hosting provider — stores the data and serves the site.
- مزوّد إرسال البريد — للرسائل التشغيلية وحدها (إشعار باقتراح جديد، رابط استعادة كلمة مرور، تأكيد حذف). لا رسائل تسويقية. An email delivery provider — for transactional messages only (a new-suggestion alert, a password-reset link, a deletion confirmation). No marketing mail.
وكلاهما ملزَم بمعالجة البيانات وفق تعليماتنا وحدها، ولأغراض تشغيل الخدمة لا غير. Both are bound to process data only on our instructions, and only to run the service.
وقد نُفصح عن بيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك — وسنُعلمكم ما لم يُمنع ذلك قانونًا. We may disclose data if legally required to — and will tell you unless the law forbids it.
وخوادم مزوّدينا موزّعة في أكثر من بلد، ما يعني أن بياناتكم قد تُعالَج خارج بلدكم. وهذا ما يجعل الموقع سريعًا لأقاربكم في المهجر. Our providers' servers are in more than one country, so your data may be processed outside your own. That is what makes the site fast for relatives abroad.
٥. أقاربكم لم يوقّعوا على شيء5. Your relatives never signed up

شجرة العائلة تحتوي بطبيعتها معلومات عن أشخاص أحياء لم يفتحوا الموقع ولم يوافقوا على شيء. المشرفون في عائلتكم هم من يقرّر ما يُكتب عن هؤلاء — لذا نطلب منهم: أدخلوا ما تحتاجه العائلة فقط، وانتبهوا لبيانات الأحياء، واحذفوا بيانات أي قريب يطلب ذلك. وإن راسَلنا أحد أقاربكم بطلب حذف أو تصحيح، سنوصله بمشرفي عائلتكم وندعمهم لتنفيذه. A family tree inevitably holds information about living people who never opened the site and never agreed to anything. Your family's admins decide what is recorded about them — so we ask admins to enter only what the family needs, take extra care with living relatives, and remove a relative's details when they ask. If a relative contacts us directly with a removal or correction request, we will put them in touch with your family's admins and support them in carrying it out.
ولهذا السبب نفسه: كل موقع عائلة محجوب عن محركات البحث افتراضيًا، ولا يُفتح إلا بكلمة مشاهدة يوزّعها المشرفون. For the same reason: every family site is hidden from search engines by default, and opens only with a viewer password that admins hand out.
٦. كم تبقى البيانات — وماذا يحدث عند الحذف6. Retention — and what happens on deletion
- ما دام الاشتراك قائمًا، تبقى شجرتكم كما هي. وكل نشرة تحفظ النسخة التي قبلها. While the subscription is active, your tree stays as it is. Every publish keeps the version before it.
- إذا انتهى الاشتراك، يبقى الموقع متاحًا للقراءة مدةً كافية قبل أي إجراء، ولا نحذف شيئًا فجأة. If a subscription lapses, the site stays readable for a good while first. Nothing is deleted abruptly.
- حذف موقع العائلة يتم بخطوتين وبتأكيد عبر البريد — لا يكفي ضغط زر. وبعد التأكيد تُمحى البيانات الحيّة، وتُحفظ نسخة أرشيفية قابلة للاسترجاع ٩٠ يومًا ثم تزول نهائيًا. Deleting a family site takes two steps and an emailed confirmation — one button is never enough. After confirmation the live data is erased and a recoverable archive is kept for 90 days, then it is gone permanently.
- وقبل أي حذف، تستطيعون تنزيل نسخة كاملة من شجرتكم. And before any deletion, you can download a complete copy of your tree.
٧. حقوقكم7. Your rights
تستطيعون طلب الاطّلاع على بياناتكم أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو الاعتراض على معالجتها، أو الحصول عليها بصيغة قابلة للنقل. واثنان من هذه الحقوق لا يحتاجان طلبًا أصلًا: You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Two of those need no request at all:
- النقل والتصدير: زرّ النسخة الاحتياطية يعطيكم ملف JSON كاملًا، وزرّ GEDCOM يعطيكم الصيغة المعيارية التي تفتحها أي برامج الأنساب — في أي وقت، بلا إذن منّا وبلا سبب. Portability and export: the Backup button gives you a complete JSON file, and the GEDCOM button gives you the standard format any genealogy program opens — any time, without asking us and without giving a reason.
- التصحيح: المشرفون يعدّلون مباشرة، والأقارب يقترحون التصحيح ويوافق المشرف. Correction: admins edit directly; relatives suggest a correction and an admin approves it.
لأي طلب آخر راسلونا عبر نموذج التواصل ونردّ خلال ٣٠ يومًا كحدّ أقصى. For anything else, reach us through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days at the latest.
٨. الأمان — بصراحة8. Security — plainly
كل الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، وكلمات مرور المشرفين مخزّنة مُجزّأة لا كنص، والدخول محكوم بصلاحيات. ونقولها بوضوح: كلمة المشاهدة مشتركة لكل بيت وقابلة للاسترجاع من قبل المشرف — هذا تصميم مقصود ليتمكّن كبار السنّ من الدخول بلا إنشاء حسابات، لكنه يعني أن من يعرف الكلمة يستطيع الدخول. وزّعوها بحذر، وبدّلوها متى شئتم. ولا يوجد نظام آمن بالمطلق، لكننا لا نطلب منكم أكثر مما نحتاج ولا نحتفظ بما لا نحتاجه. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), admin passwords are stored hashed rather than as text, and access runs on permissions. And we will say this plainly: a viewer password is shared per household and can be re-read by an admin — that is a deliberate design so elderly relatives can get in without creating accounts, but it means anyone who knows the password can enter. Hand it out carefully and change it whenever you like. No system is perfectly secure, but we never ask for more than we need and never keep what we don't.
٩. الأطفال9. Children
لا تُنشأ حسابات للأطفال. وقد تُذكر أسماء أطفال داخل الشجرة كأفراد من العائلة — يدخلها المشرفون البالغون وتُطبَّق عليها القواعد نفسها في الفقرة ٥، ونوصي بالاكتفاء بالاسم وسنة الميلاد. No accounts are created for children. Children's names may appear inside a tree as family members — entered by adult admins, covered by the same rules as section 5, and we recommend recording no more than a name and a birth year.
١٠. تعديل هذه السياسة10. Changes to this policy
إن غيّرنا شيئًا جوهريًا، سنُعلم مشرفي كل عائلة بالبريد قبل أن يسري التغيير، ونحدّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة. لن نوسّع استخدام بياناتكم بأثر رجعي دون إعلامكم. If we change anything material, we will email each family's admins before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively widen how your data is used without telling you.
