كل قريب يصحّح بطاقته أو يضيف مولودًا من موبايله. يصل الاقتراح للمشرف خانةً خانة — القديم والجديد — فيختار ما يعتمده، ويعدّل القيمة قبل اعتمادها إن لزم. لا يتغيّر شيء في الشجرة قبل موافقته.Any relative fixes their card or adds a newborn from their phone. The admin sees it field by field — old and new — ticks what to keep, and can correct a value before applying it. Nothing in the tree changes until they approve.

بدأنا بشجرتنا نحنWe started with our own
«أهلنا» لم تبدأ كفكرة تجارية. بدأت بـ79 صفحة ورقية لشجرة عائلتنا نحن، أعدنا بناءها موقعًا تتصفّحه العائلة اليوم من كل مكان. بنيناها لأننا احتجناها أولًا — وعائلتنا ما زالت أول من يستخدمها. Ahlna didn't start as a business idea. It started with 79 pages of paper — our own family's tree — rebuilt into a site the family browses today from everywhere they've settled. We built it because we needed it first, and our own family is still its first user.

Yes — a free 14-day trial with up to 50 names and all core features, no card needed. Enough to start with your grandfather, his children and grandchildren, and decide with confidence.
ماذا بعد التجربة؟What happens when the trial ends?
لا يُخصم شيء — لم تعطونا بطاقة أصلًا. في يوم انتهائها تُغلق الشجرة أمام الأقارب، ويبقى مالكها وحده قادرًا على الدخول ليشترك أو ينزّل نسخة كاملة منها. اشتركوا خلال 7 أيام فتعود الشجرة للجميع فورًا بكل ما فيها؛ وإلا تُحذف شجرة التجربة، ونراسلكم بموعد الحذف قبله. Nothing is charged — you never gave us a card. On the day it ends, the tree closes to your relatives; only its owner can still sign in, to subscribe or download a complete copy. Subscribe within 7 days and it reopens to everyone at once, with everything in it; otherwise the trial tree is deleted, and we email you the date beforehand.
هل يحتاج كل قريب إلى حساب؟Does every relative need an account?
لا. لكل بيت كلمة مشاهدة واحدة يعطيها المشرف — بلا بريد ولا تسجيل — أو يطلب القريب الانضمام من رابط تشاركونه ويوافق المشرف. الحسابات للمشرفين وحدهم. وهذا أسهل ما يكون على كبار السن. No. Each household gets one viewing password from an admin — no email, no sign-up — or a relative asks to join from a link you share and an admin approves. Only admins have accounts. It's the easiest it can be for older relatives.
هل نستطيع تغيير الباقة؟Can we change plan later?
نعم، في أي وقت. وإن تجاوزت الشجرة حدّ باقتكم تبقى كاملة ومقروءة — تتوقف الإضافة فقط حتى تكبّروها.Yes, any time. And if your tree outgrows a plan it stays complete and readable — only adding pauses until you move up.
شجرتنا على ورقة قديمة — كيف نبدأ؟Our tree is on old paper — how do we start?
صوّروا الورقة، وابدأوا بإدخال الأسماء من الموبايل — الإضافة سريعة، والأقارب يساعدون بالاقتراحات. وإن كانت شجرتكم كبيرة جدًا، تواصلوا معنا ونرشدكم لأفضل طريقة. Photograph the paper and start adding names from your phone — entry is fast, and relatives help with suggestions. If your tree is very large, contact us and we'll guide you to the best approach.
شجرتنا على MyHeritage أو Ancestry — هل ننقلها؟Our tree is on MyHeritage or Ancestry — can we bring it?
نعم. صدّروها من هناك ملف GEDCOM، واستوردوها بأنفسكم من بوابة الإدارة ما دامت شجرتكم على أهلنا جديدة. تُستورد سلالة الجد المؤسس مع الزوجات والأمهات، وتظهر معاينة قبل أن يُكتب شيء. Yes. Export it from there as a GEDCOM file and import it yourselves from the Admin portal while your Ahlna tree is still new. The founding grandfather's line comes in with wives and mothers, and you see a preview before anything is written.
هل نحتاج إلى تثبيت تطبيق؟Do we need to install an app?
لا. أهلنا موقع يعمل في متصفّح أي موبايل أو كمبيوتر، وتستطيعون إضافته إلى الشاشة الرئيسية فيُفتح كتطبيق. No. Ahlna is a website that works in the browser on any phone or computer, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
ماذا لو أخطأ أحدهم أو حذف شيئًا؟What if someone makes a mistake?
التعديل للمشرفين فقط، والأقارب يقترحون والمشرف يوافق. وكل نشرة تحفظ النسخة السابقة، مع نسخ احتياطية تنزّلونها متى شئتم. Only admins edit; relatives suggest and admins approve. Every publish keeps the previous version, plus backups you can download any time.
كيف ندفع، ومن خارج الأردن؟How do we pay — including from abroad?
بالبطاقة (Visa أو Mastercard) من داخل بوابة الإدارة، على صفحة دفع آمنة من Ziina — من الأردن والخليج وأي بلد، ويتأكّد الدفع فورًا. الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي، وبنك بطاقتكم يحوّلها إلى عملتكم. By card (Visa or Mastercard) inside the Admin portal, on a secure Ziina payment page — from Jordan, the Gulf or anywhere, confirmed at once. Prices are in US dollars; your card's bank converts them to your currency.
